How do I receive my parking pass?
After purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Your parking pass will be sent to your email address as a PDF file / URL link before the event.
When will I receive my parking pass?
Parking passes are delivered by email closer to the event date. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase confirming your booking.
Do I need to print my parking pass?
Most passes are accepted digitally on your phone. We recommend downloading and saving your pass before you travel in case you have no signal at the venue.
Can I enter and exit the car park multiple times?
This depends on the specific product. Multiple entry and exit permissions are listed on the product page where applicable.
Can I get a refund?
Please review our refund policy before purchasing. Parking passes are event specific products and availability is limited so we recommend checking all details carefully before completing your order.

Why do you need my licence plate?
At certain venues including your licence plate is used as your entry pass.
If your plate is incorrect or not registered you risk being turned away at the entrance, receiving a fine or having your vehicle towed.
How do I update my licence plate?
Contact us at contact@vividpark.com with your order number and your updated licence plate details and we will change it for you before the event.
I have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it contact us at contact@vividpark.com with your order number and we will resend it.
