Frequently Asked Questions

How does a Vividpark parking pass work?

After completing your purchase, a QR code is sent to the email address you used at checkout. You will receive it at least 24 hours before the event. Present the QR code on your phone or as a printed copy when you arrive at the lot.

How close is the parking to the circuit?

It depends on the event and the specific lot. Some passes place you within walking distance of the circuit gates. Others are positioned near a public transport connection such as a metro or train station, where parking up and taking a short rail journey to the venue is the most practical approach. The exact distance to the circuit or the nearest transport link is always stated on the listing before you buy.

Do I need to pre-book parking for an F1 race?

Yes. Private parking close to F1 circuits is extremely limited and sells out well before race day. Waiting until you arrive gives you no guarantee of finding a space anywhere near the circuit, and street parking around most venues is either banned or removed on race weekend. Booking in advance is the only reliable way to secure your spot.

What if I need to cancel my parking pass?

Refund eligibility is shown in the terms at checkout before you complete your purchase. As a general rule, passes are non-refundable once the event date has passed.

Can I use my parking pass for more than one day?

Each pass is valid for the specific date shown on the listing. Multi-day passes are available on selected events and cover consecutive days as stated in the product description. If you need parking for more than one day, check whether a multi-day option is available or purchase separate single-day passes.

How early can I arrive at the parking lot?

Opening times vary by lot and are listed on each product page. Arriving early on race day is always advisable, as roads near F1 circuits become congested quickly once the bulk of fans start moving. The lot opening time is the earliest you can access your space.

Is the parking attended or unattended?

This varies by location and is specified on each product listing. Attended parking means a member of staff is present to direct vehicles into the lot.
