RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. No Returns

VividPark sells digital parking passes. There is nothing physical to return. Once a pass has been delivered to you, it cannot be handed back. This policy covers refunds only.


2. All Sales Are Final Except in Three Situations

Refunds are not available as a matter of course. All sales are final unless one of the three conditions below applies to your order. If your situation does not fall into one of these categories, your purchase will not be refunded.


3. When You Can Get a Refund

3.1 You cancel within 24 hours of purchase

You can request a refund if all three of the following are true at the time you submit your request:

Your request is submitted within 24 hours of your original purchase.
The event has not yet taken place.
The event is scheduled to start more than 48 hours from the time you submit your request.

If your event starts within 48 hours of your request, this option is not available regardless of when you bought the pass.

3.2 The event is officially cancelled

If the event is officially cancelled by the event organizer, the venue, or a relevant authority, and no rescheduled date has been confirmed at the time you submit your request, you are eligible for a full refund. You must submit your request within 7 days of the originally scheduled event date.

3.3 The event is postponed and you cannot attend the rescheduled date

If the event is officially postponed and you do not wish to attend the rescheduled event, you are eligible for a full refund. You must submit your request within 7 calendar days of the postponement being officially announced. Requests submitted after that window will not be eligible.


4. What Is Not Refundable

No refund will be issued for any of the following:

You changed your mind or can no longer attend for personal reasons.
You were dissatisfied with the parking facility, its location, or its condition.
You failed to provide your vehicle license plate number before your reservation began and were denied access as a result.
You failed to present or use your pass correctly at the facility.
You received a parking fine, enforcement action, or towing charge in connection with your use of the facility.
Your pass was valid but you were denied entry for a reason outside VividPark's control, such as a venue policy change, capacity restriction, or health and safety requirement introduced after your purchase.
Traffic, weather, road closures, or any other external circumstance prevented you from using the facility.


5. How to Request a Refund

Email dispute@vividpark.com with the following:

Your order number or transaction reference.
The reason for your request and which of the three conditions in Section 3 applies.
Any supporting documentation where relevant, such as an official cancellation or postponement announcement.

VividPark will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are not issued by any other method. Processing times after VividPark initiates the refund are subject to your card issuer or payment provider and are outside VividPark's control.


6. Invalid Pass or Failed Delivery

If your pass turns out to be invalid at the parking facility, or if VividPark fails to deliver your pass before the event, your remedy is a full refund of the amount you paid for that pass. This applies regardless of the refund conditions in Section 3.

To pursue this, document the issue at the time it occurs if possible, and contact VividPark at dispute@vividpark.com within 7 days of the originally scheduled event date. VividPark will review the evidence submitted by you and, where applicable, the seller, and will make a determination.

VividPark is not liable for any costs beyond the purchase price of your pass, including event admission tickets, travel, accommodation, or any other expense connected with your attendance at the event.
