1. No Physical Shipping

VividPark sells digital parking passes only. No physical item, printed ticket, or paper document will be shipped to you at any point. There are no shipping fees, no delivery addresses to provide, and no carrier tracking numbers. Everything is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.


2. How Your Pass Is Delivered

After your purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, your parking pass will be delivered to you by email. The pass will arrive as a QR code, barcode, or access link, as specified in the listing at the time of purchase. You will receive a separate email notification confirming that delivery has been completed.

You do not need to print anything. Your pass is designed to be used digitally, directly from your phone or device, at the parking facility on the day of the event.


3. When You Will Receive Your Pass

VividPark delivers passes within the following window:

No earlier than 7 days before the event start time.
No later than 24 hours before the event start time.

If you purchase within 24 hours of the event start time, VividPark will deliver your pass as soon as reasonably possible following verification of your payment and processing of your order.

You will not receive your pass immediately at the time of purchase. Delivery within the window above is standard and expected. If your event is more than 7 days away, your pass will not be sent until that 7-day window opens.


4. Your Email Address

Your pass is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is correct before completing your purchase. VividPark is not responsible for non-delivery caused by a typo in your email address, an expired or inactive inbox, or email filtering by your provider.

Please check your spam and junk folders. If you do not see your pass within the delivery window described above, contact VividPark at contact@vividpark.com before the event takes place.


5. License Plate Registration

Because many parking facilities operate using license plate recognition systems rather than a physical gate or scanner, you are required to register the license plate of the vehicle you will be using before your reservation begins. This step is part of your pass and is your responsibility to complete.

VividPark and the seller of your pass are not responsible for any denial of access resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or unregistered plate number. Please double-check that the plate you register matches the vehicle you will actually be driving to the event.


6. Saving Your Pass

VividPark recommends saving or downloading your pass immediately upon receipt. Do not rely on having internet access at the parking facility. Confirm that the pass matches the correct event, date, parking location, and access time before you leave for the event.


7. Failed Delivery

If VividPark is unable to deliver your pass within the window described in Section 3 due to a failure by the seller to transfer the pass in time, your order will be treated as a failed delivery. You will be notified and will receive a full refund of the amount you paid. That is your sole remedy in a failed delivery scenario.

If you experience a technical issue on VividPark's side that prevents you from accessing a valid pass and the issue cannot be resolved before the event, you will also be eligible for a full refund of the pass purchase price.
